Every city stands on stories hidden in its bridges, highways, and skylines. Behind those structures are people who dedicate their lives to building foundations that others will walk on. Dr. Chinmoy Mukherjee is one of them. His journey began at Bridge & Roof Co (India) Limited, where he worked on projects that powered industries and connected lives, from thermal plants and oil and gas sites to metro railways and roads. 

Over 3 decades in the construction world gave him more than technical knowledge. It gave him the belief that construction is not only about erecting structures, but about creating long-lasting value for society. After 34 years of civil engineering and techno-commercial expertise, he chose a new path. In 2024, he took over the India operations of Maker & Son Private Limited, stepping into a role where vision and leadership could meet action.
